**About the organisation**:
Our client is a values
- based regional NDIS, Disability and Employment Services provider. Established over thirty years ago, this not-for-profit organisation works with individuals, businesses, and community organisations, to improve the lives of Australians living with a mental or physical disability or injury, by connecting them to long-term sustainable employment.

Through Australian Government funded employment programs and the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the organisation provides individual support, mentoring, coaching and training opportunities to its clients, in order to address personal barriers and to improve quality of life.

**About the role**:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to appoint an experienced people leader, ideally with previous NDIS and disability experience, who is highly motivated and excited by the prospect of growing and developing a recently established NDIS division.

With locations across regional Victoria, New South Wales, the ACT, Melbourne and Wollongong, the base location can be flexible.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Several years of leadership and management experience, ideally from within NDIS / disability services
- The ability to inspire, motivate and grow teams across regional geographically dispersed locations
- Able to build strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, support groups, and businesses
- Work with the wider community engagement teams to attract new participants and drive business growth
- Develop and implement business processes and services to ensure high-quality NDIS service delivery
- Ability to develop and achieve revenue targets through effective, efficient, and consistently applied NDIS service delivery, performance, and compliance
- A willingness to travel across regional parts of NSW, Vic and the ACT to ensure all service delivery locations are supported
- The ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check and/or vulnerable people and posses a valid driver’s license
