We are seeking interest for the role of CAFÉ / RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS in various venues located at Melbourne Airport

We require passionate Hospitality Supervisors or up and coming ‘hospitality guns’ ready for their next career challenge, who are reliable and ready take on this unique opportunity.

We have partner with some of the most exciting well known brands in the Food and Beverage scene. Our collaborations in Melbourne involve industry-leaders such as MoVida by Frank Camorra, ST.ALi by Salvatore Maletesta, BIGGIE SMALLS by Shane Delia, Jiro Sushi, Hungry Jacks and many more

The roles are dynamic, fun and challenging.

As an individual you will be:

- A hands on, dynamic personality
- Capable of working independently with general direction
- Self-driven
- An influential, proactive leader
- Comfortable in directing & managing young teams
- Have strong availability 7 days a week from 5am until 1am

The successful applicant will possess:

- High presentation standards
- Excellent communication skills with an approachable manner
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members
- Ability and willingness to create a stable work environment for their team

Experience required:

- We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills who enjoys new challenges OR believes they are ready for the next step
- Experience working in fast paced café / restaurant / hospitality venues
- The ability to ensure consistency of service quality throughout the venue
- Experience in breakfast, lunch and dinner service - airports are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner - 7 days a week, 365 days a year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $54.00 per hour
