F&b Supervisor

**Food Service Attendant - Melbourne Airport**

We are seeking F&B Supervisors to work in some iconic pubs and restaurant venues Inside Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine.

Your duties at our sites would consist of:

- Opening/closing the venue
- Serving customers
- Leading our amazing staff to drive exceptional customer service
- Training and development of new staff to reach their full potential
- Following the company's vision and values around Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Safety

We trade 7 days a week - AM shift times start as early as 06:00am, while PM shift times finish as late as 23:00pm
- Previous experiencing in leading a team in a pub/cafe/restaurant experience
- A Valid RSA
- A team player mentality
- An ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment
- Experience in training, coaching
- Completing reconciliations, stock sheets, and general understanding around spreadsheets and Microsoft office suite

**Salary**: From $54,000.00 per year
