As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound business development activities, and managing key client accounts. We are looking for someone who can proactively seek out new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients. **Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation:

- Identify potential corporate clients through market research, industry networking, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and evaluate their potential fit with our products/services.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and track progress.

Business Development:

- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.

Account Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling additional products/services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Track sales activities, lead conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management based on sales data and market insights.

**Experience and qualification/s required**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (desirable).
- A genuine passion for technology, computer systems, and emerging tech trends.
- Deep knowledge of workstation PC's, servers, NAS
- Proven experience in account management.
- Proven experience in business development.
- Strong lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the industry or market segment is a plus.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
