We currently have an exciting opportunity for a sales-minded individual to undertake a full-time 12-month traineeship as a Retail Trainee.

As a Retail Trainee, you will complete a Certificate III in Retail while gaining practical experience working in the retail and wholesale sales space. If successful in securing this position, you will be joining a leading office furniture retailer and producer in the Newcastle Area.

**Duties Include**:

- Provide a high quality of customer service to retail shoppers in a showroom setting
- Retail and wholesale sales of high-quality products
- Provide product advice to customers
- Working with technology to manage customer relationships (Client Management Systems)
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Willing to learn and engage in training
- Work well under pressure
- Have a positive attitude
- Be enthusiastic
- Be outgoing and friendly
