SYNOPSIS:
**Group Fitness Instructor**

Are you passionate about fitness and wellness? Do you love motivating others to reach their health goals? We are seeking enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructors to assist in developing and delivering engaging fitness and wellness programs at our LeisureFit facilities.

**Hourly Rate**: $56.42 + 11.5% super

**Location**: City of Melville - LeisureFit Centres

**Employment Type**:Casual

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Collaborate with our team to create and implement exciting Group Fitness and Wellness programs and schedules
- Promote safe participation in all LeisureFit activities and facilities
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders regarding group fitness initiatives
- Monitor safety standards and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe workout environment
- Champion a holistic Work, Safety, and Health (WSH) culture within our organization
- Uphold our organizational values while supporting cross-functional teams to meet customer and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations, and standards
- Assist in implementing Quality Assurance principles, identifying areas for improvement
- Engage in Continuous Improvement Teams and Audit teams as needed
- Complete additional tasks as assigned within your role's scope

**What You’ll Need To Be Considered**
- Current Applied First Aid Certificate
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Certificate III in Fitness, GEL (Group Exercise Leader), or equivalent
- Recognised Group Fitness Program Qualifications or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

**Additional to the above for Les Mills Programs**
- Les Mills Program qualifications or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience instructing group fitness classes
