APG is currently seeking an experienced Program Coordinator for a 6-month contract within a Government Sector based in Sydney.

Pay Rate: $550 per day excluding Super

**Job Details**:
This procurement relates to the delivery of program coordination services in support of the delivery of Automated Access Assessment Program (the Program).

The service performs Program Coordinator and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of the Program. Reporting to the Program Director, services are performed in collaboration with team members and encompasses a range of activities as directed, including reporting, continuous improvement, procurement and program management. The services interface with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve Program outcomes.

The Program is complex and operates in a highly visible organisation. The Program Coordinator will be tasked with delivering multiple and often interconnected program and project services within tight deadlines, limited resources and with competing priorities. Communication and engagement would occur with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ranging from providing updates, to working collaboratively to identify and escalate emerging areas of risk that need response.

**Essential Skills and Requirements**
- Proven experience in Program coordinator role, working within large and complex environments.
- Experience maintaining project schedules, tracking, budgets and updating deliverables and milestones.
- Working experience with MS Office suite (particularly Project) and in the functioning of Secretariat roles.
- Knowledge of fundamental agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and financial management and processes.

**Other information**
- Services estimated to be delivered up to 5 days per week on average during the engagement period
- Services can be delivered flexibly utilising remote working and in-office working at a variety of TfNSW offices (the team are based in Parramatta and often work from the Sydney CBD also).
