As a member of the Platform and Applications team, you will be responsible for the installation, management, maintenance, support and optimisation of the firm’s Applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities

Be an agile knowledge worker who is keen to learn modern technologies and ways of working
Supporting Enterprise Applications including NetDocuments, ServiceNow, M365, IntApp and Microsoft Power Apps.
Maintenance, including evaluating and testing new patches and version upgrades, providing recommendations and developing suitable documentation
Evaluating and implementing vendor solutions, including integration and sociability testing
Liaise with local/remote IT Helpdesk teams to drive issues to resolution
Ensuring support requests are resolved in a timely manner
Providing level 2 & 3 support in logging, resolving, tracking and closing of service desk calls

Skills and experience

Strong Application Support experience (500 user+ organisation)
Strong hands-on Operating Systems experience (Windows)
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and own the problem resolution process
Familiarity with PowerShell would be advantageous
Strong technical skills are essential with Information Technology related qualifications such as a BS in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) required
