**About Us**:

**The Role**:
Reporting to the GM of Supply Chain Transformation, this role is responsible for driving and supporting frameworks on multiple programmes, within timely periods. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to Support & coordinate the delivery of major capital investment programs and continuous improvement initiatives within the GPS Supply Chain Transformation team.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Create project frameworks that include a set of processes, tasks and tools that provide guidance and structure for the execution of a project. The framework will support the setup of the individual project steps, from beginning to completion.
- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Manage the project plan which will include milestone tracking
- Create and distribute project updates and communication across the business, ensuring adherence to the governance structure and change plans
- Manage Escalation, tracking and management of issues to satisfactory resolution within allocated timeframes
- Ensuring WHS practices are adhered to and taking a proactive approach to safety in the working environment

**About You**:

- ** Knowledge of project management frameworks**

You will have exceptional organisation and communication skills, being able to effectively communicate and liaise with stakeholders of varying levels.

Your will have strong administration skills, being confident in data interpretation and proficient in MS Projects and MS PowerPoint.
