We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Digital Producer to join our thriving and innovative Digital team. Reporting into our Retail UX Manager and working closely with marketing and merchandising teams across Australia and New Zealand, this is an ideal opportunity for a digital producer who has a passion for developing digital content by leveraging existing HTML libraries with an interest for web technologies. The role will see you project managing the activation of promotional activities, campaigns and Repco communications across the Repco digital landscape.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Working closely with the business, co-ordinate the scheduling of digital content and campaigns as required in line with internal Marketing and wider-business goals and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams to develop compelling assets and content.
- Coordinate and lead promotion planning and activation sessions.
- Curate new campaign content by delivering a compelling content strategy with an SEO focus.
- Liaising with Digital support/developers to manage and resolve promotional support requests.
**About you**:
- Passionate about digital and experience, creating engaging content and strong user journeys.
- Excellent knowledge of digital best practice, user experience and SEO principles.
- Hands on project management experience implementing, managing and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Experience using and managing CMS/ecomm platforms.
- Enjoys teamwork and is confident and collaborative in their approach
- Interest in web & mobile technologies (HTML, CSS and JS) willing to learn and evolve.
- Organised and adaptable to working in changing, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills to work effectively with colleagues across the business.
- Ability adapt to an evolving business that supports growth and change
