**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced **Environment Advisor** to help manage environmental risks and ensure compliance across our operations. This role offers the chance to influence strategy, support sustainability initiatives, and collaborate across teams.

This is a **12-month fixed-term opportunity** ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to make a meaningful impact. The role includes **regular travel to operational sites**, sometimes at short notice, to support business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead environmental strategy and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct site assessments and support regulatory obligations.
- Provide expert advice on risk management and incident response.
- Monitor performance and identify sustainability improvements.
- Deliver environmental education and awareness programs.

**About You**
- Proven experience in environmental management roles.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.
- Skilled in monitoring, reporting, and compliance systems.
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
- Experience working across operational teams.
