About the Role
- Manage an allocated workload to deliver Nutrition and Dietetic services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff. Acts as a clinical reference point with the Nutrition and Dietetic team and responds to every-day clinical demands. - Actively participate in professional and multidisciplinary team meetings including clinical case conferences and departmental meetings. - Continually develop clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.
