**Description**


We are seeking a detail-oriented and logical Pricing Analyst to join our business improvement team. In this vital role, you will support the Interline Payables process by ensuring the accurate setup and maintenance of vendor information, reflecting vendor rates and costs across all relevant systems. You will provide essential commercial support to the QLD and NSW Agent Managers, helping them navigate pricing structures and optimize profitability through effective analysis and negotiation of vendor agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of all vendor information in relevant systems.
- Collaborate with Agent Managers to understand their needs and provide commercial support.
- Regularly review and confirm accurate cost reflections in systems such as Truckmate, CPM, MBPM, Operational P&Ls, and Management accounts.
- Configure agent zones correctly in Truckmate to align with agent ratings across states.
- Maintain a central repository of signed rate cards for all agents and ensure accurate entry into Truckmate.
- Proactively manage agent-related functionalities in Truckmate to enhance the agent experience.
- Liaise with agents to obtain fuel levy information prior to billing for accurate calculation of Interline payables.
- Monitor agent areas for profitability to ensure commercial competitiveness.
- Conduct analyses on agent areas to track volumes and identify trends, escalating findings to Senior Management as needed.
- Review invoice exceptions and work with agents to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Agent Managers to develop and implement a standardized rate card structure for streamlined billing and reconciliation.
- Perform regular checks to ensure accurate coding of invoiced costs related to the GL.
- Ensure accuracy of cost data inputs for CPM, MBPM, and operational P&Ls, covering both internal and external costs.

- Effective stakeholder management with proven ability to build positive relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Experience in Transport, Warehousing, Logistics or similar is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage priorities.
- Project management experience and a strong ability to prioritise tasks.
