Our compassionate and experienced mental health clinicians provide confidential, one-on-one sessions tailored to help them address stress from work, school, relationships, or other life challenges.
LIME offers flexible and accessible support for people aged 12 and above, in person, tele-health and via outreach. This confidential service is provided free of charge.

**Your opportunity**
This is a full-time position that offers a mixture of tele-health and outreach based in our Warwick office. As a Mental Health Clinician within our LIME program, you will provide quality engagement, assessment, counselling and support services to clients and their families using evidence
- based practice principles.
Using the low intensity mental health model, you will work with clients and, where appropriate, their families to develop, implement and review individual treatment goals.
The gross annual salary range for this vacancy is $85,120 to $91,598 per annum plus super and salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 as well as a meal entertainment card. The salary on offer will depend on the successful applicant's skills, knowledge, and experience.
Whilst this role is offered as a maximum term contract until 30th June 2025, there may be an extension of contract or opportunities to work in other LLW programs past June 30.
**What we’re looking for
**Our Clinicians will be empathetic and supportive in their approaches to support our clients through their journey to wellbeing. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be both collaborative and able to work autonomously. You’ll also bring experience in:
- Creating awareness of the program in the local community and generating referrals and maintaining existing relationships with our stakeholders
- Facilitation of intake, assessment, treatment sessions and post evaluation
- Linking clients with appropriate services, including developing and maintaining effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Communicating and liaising with young people and adults from diverse backgrounds, including CALD, LGBTIQ+, and Indigenous communitiesManaging your own time and workload - you’ll need to be self-starting and comfortable with balancing administrative duties with clinical requirements
You will need to hold, or be near completion of, a Degree level qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Health, or other related field. We welcome new Grads
