**YOUR ROLE**

Our Client is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead and manage their reliability and maintenance department on site in Campbellfield. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of maintenance for the Manufacturing Plant and developing and leading the extended maintenance personnel from staff engineers to trades and service providers.

**Key Objectives**:

- Manage all aspects of maintenance for the FMCG Plant.
- Develop and lead the extended maintenance personnel from staff engineers to trades and service providers.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to optimising equipment reliability and hence OEE
- Achieve the lowest sustainable repairs & maintenance cost position.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the organisation to achieve optimal equipment reliability.
- Develop and oversee a five 5-year strategic plan to improve and optimise assets and equipment.
- Document and publish the site Maintenance and Reliability Strategy.
- Establish and develop the culture of Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Centred Maintenance analysis.
- Manage the escalation of callouts and equipment breakdowns according to the client's procedure.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Qualification, in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with proven industry experience as a maintenance manager.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMG heavy industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement a continuous improvement approach.
- Ability to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
