About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Formworker /HR Operator to join our team on projects in the Brisbane and Greater Brisbane Region. This role is responsible for the hands-on delivery of critical infrastructure projects, working as part of a collaborative site team.

What you'll be doing

  • Read drawings and specifications to identify formwork and temporary works requirements.
  • Building and constructing Drainage
  • Formwork & concreting works
  • Strip formwork using physical and mechanical means
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high quality
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment on site
  • Complying with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • HR licence
  • Cert III in Formwork advantageous
  • Experience with concrete FRP projects
  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise, high-quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Current construction industry tickets and licences, including a valid driver's licence
