**x2 Fixed-term Part-Time positions - 0.4 FTE (30.4 hours per fortnight)**

**About the Role - Intake Assistant**

The role of the Intake Assistant is to provide assistance with processing new referrals which come into the FCC for individuals seeking information about their family history of cancer. As well, coordinate the intake process which requires working and liaising with Genetic Counsellors and other FCC team members in order to complete intake process for new referrals. These positions are based at the Familial Cancer Centre, Monash Medical Centre, Clayton.

We have two Fixed-term Part-Time positions available - Both 0.4 FTE (2 days per week, 30.4 hours per fortnight).

Position available until March/April 2025 with the possibility of extension.
