About The Client: Due to growth, a newly created role as become available for a HRBP with a strong background in building and retaining a strong culture and someone who will be providing HR related support and advice to a broad range of stakeholders and drive employee engagement.

About The Role: Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Execute HR policies and plans across the business
- Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
- Support change initiatives
- Implement National Engagement initiatives, programs, and processes across Australia
- Recognise issues and trend in HR and communicate with HR team for improvements and growth
- Act as a support to Managers through providing advice on performance-based matters coupled with the assistance of training in an effort to upskill the workforce and ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as directed by the Management
