**Your role
Provide data analysis services, including data collection, cleaning, and interpretation to deliver meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
Deliver detailed data reports, utilising visualisation techniques to communicate complex data in an understandable and accessible manner.
Develop data analytics solutions using a variety of statistical programming languages, including SQL, PySpark, R, or similar.
Support the development and implementation of data analytics strategies, contributing to a data-informed approach within the organisation.
Assist in the training and development of staff members in data analysis techniques and tools, enhancing overall data literacy within the team.
About you

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong commitment to shared values, and a broad skillset that includes:
Proficiency in delivering data reports, with the ability to use visualisation techniques to communicate complex data effectively (e.g. Power BI).
Experience in data analysis, including data collection, cleaning, and interpretation.
Experience with SQL, R/Python, or Databricks would be highly regarded.
Qualifications in Statistics, Data Science or another quantitative field are highly regarded.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.
