Our client is one of Queensland’s most impactful and contributing not-for-profit organisations and they are seeking to hire a Senior Data and Insights Analyst to support their growing team in achieving their Data objectives.
- **Located on Brisbane’s North side**:

- **12 month fix term contract**:

The right person will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of data and analytics initiatives for our client’s digital business projects.

**What’s involved? You will be involved in analytics product development and automation.**
- Create/maintain analytics products.
- Lead Power BI adoption.
- Build and manage reports, dashboards and associated visualisations.
- Work with stakeholders to extract, document, and confirm requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate analytics into business processes.
- Implement data management infrastructure and automate data analysis tasks.
- Create integration pipelines, following existing standards.
- Propose innovative data visualisation techniques, and train team.
- Ensure responsible data use through governance initiatives.
- Knowledge share with team members

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, with varying levels of data literacy and technical knowledge.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and liaison skills.
- 5 years or more experience with PowerBI.
- Strong Data Modelling, Power Query, DAX and ETL skills.
- SQL would be a plus.
- Experience working within a collaborative environment.
- Have a strong commitment to knowledge sharing, to uplift team members.
- Bachelor degree in IT / computer science or relevant degree.
