About the role

We are looking for a State Livestock Manager QLD/NT to come and join our team.

Reporting directly to the State General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Livestock (Commercial, Stud stock and A+) sales plan for Queensland, aligned to our National Livestock strategy. Your leadership capability at a senior level will see you engage the Livestock team across the state to support the plan as you drive sales activity and future growth, maximising profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the state’s Livestock strategy
- Inspire and motivate the Livestock team to maximise their potential
- Provide technical livestock agency expertise to the network.
- Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence across the state
- Build and maintain strong relationships at a state level

About you
- Are an experienced leader at a senior level with a demonstrated ability to lead change
- Have demonstrated extensive agency experience
- Able to effectively influence and motivate a team toward the achievement of annual sales and earnings targets
- Ability to coach and influence to generate exceptional outcomes
