As our Junior Invoice Controller, you will work closely with the Buying Teams and Receiving Team to ensure that invoices are received and validated in advance of shipments, which subsequently expedites the receiving process. An expedited receiving process, which is the result of high quality, validated data, ensures that product is available for Distribution as quickly as possible.

**The role**:

- Verify the accuracy of data on invoices.
- Perform review of all invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Liaise with Suppliers to ensure that invoices are submitted in advance of shipments
- Liaise with Buying Teams to ensure that invoices and purchase orders have corresponding information.
- Liaise with Distribution Centre Receiving Team to validate short shipments and over shipments.
- Liaise with Receiving Team and Buying Teams to identify and resolve discrepancies.

**What we are looking for**:

- Exposure to receiving process and software advantageous but not necessary.
- Familiar with word processing and spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
