We make delicious hand made artisanal products with precision and consistency, that keeps our customers coming back for more. We’re inventive, creative and have a growing following of loyal customers who delight in our innovative approach to gorgeous Gluten Free products.

Based in Botany, we’re looking for someone who is process driven with at least 2 years experience in food production (ideally pastry or bread) to join our growing team. This is a warehouse setting, so if you have pick&packing experience, or any general warehouse experience this would be advantageous.

Hours are based on an approx. 38hr week 630am-230pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities and desired experience include
- Preparation of ingredients, weighing ingredients and following recipes to produce consistent results. Every time
- Packing, labelling and packaging products as necessary with an eye for detail
- Bread making, mixing doughs
- Using a dough-sheeter and working with pastry
- Cooking seasonal speciality items for our markets days
- Cleaning duties to maintain excellent food safety requirements
- Understanding of how to receive orders, help with stock inventory and stock rotation as necessary
- Support our continuing focus on sustainability practices
- The ability to work harmoniously as part of a team, as well as autonomously
- Warehouse experience or forklift license an advantage
