We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join a fun and quickly expanding team located in South Melbourne. You will be working alongside a supportive team, overseeing, and managing transport and documentation for a key meat export account of Prokinetics. You will be exposed to many facets of the business over time, with a focus on regulatory and compliance requirements.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Coordinate and manage transport timeslots with the cold store facility.
- Raise RFPs in a timely manner according to customer Loadouts.
- Lodge export clearances and terminal pre-receival advice.
- Create, maintain, and regularly monitor documentation, databases, and software - Cargowise, EXDOC.
- Liaise with stakeholders, internal and external.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and requests.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience within the freight forwarding industry.
- Experience with perishables preferred but not required.
- Experience in working in a customer-centric, time-pressured environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft office experience including Excel.
- Experience with Cargowise software.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of freight operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
