We're looking for a friendly, adaptable go-getter to join our all-star customer service team as a Customer Service Officer. Based in our lively Hobart branch, you'll be at the heart of the action - handling customer calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and making sure our customers get exceptional service every time.

You'll work closely with our stellar sales and production crews to make the magic happen. It's a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and we need someone who can keep up with the pace while keeping a smile on their face.

**Responsibilities**
- Be our customers' champion - deliver service that wows them every time
- Answer calls with enthusiasm and resolve queries quickly
- Process orders and returns with precision and care
- Coordinate seamlessly with delivery drivers and production team
- Maintain stellar safety, health and environmental standards
- Raise purchase orders and enter product test data
- Help out with site administration tasks
- Support our sales representatives deliver on the sales strategy

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Amazing communication skills and phone manner
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
- Initiative, resilience and loads of energy
- Great teamwork and time management skills
- Expert computer and tech abilities
- SAP experience (highly desirable)
- Passion for building/construction (desirable)
