Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

Assist in month-end closing by ensuring all accounts payable activities are completed.

Maintain vendor files and handle correspondence related to accounts payable.

Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar finance role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not essential.
