To support our worldwide network of clinics we are building the preventative health network of the future which is initially centered around Prenuvo's whole body MRI scan. **As part of this effort, we are seeking an innovative and dynamic operational leader to fill the role of Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne, Australia Clinic.** Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise. Join us to make an even bigger difference in patient's lives **What You'll Do** **Operations Management** - Lead and empower a cross-functional team of MRI technologists and staff involved in patient care at the front of the clinic, to deliver exceptional care one patient at a time - Ensure consistent adherence to corporate policies, safety protocols, and best practices - Review, manage, and maximize team performance, ensuring that performance reviews occur in alignment with Prenuvo's performance reviews cycle. Review and approve the disciplinary action and/or discharge of employees - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate clinic goals and priorities - Identify and implement improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency; analyze data to enhance clinic performance - Implement continuous quality improvement processes to maintain and exceed clinical and patient care standards - Conduct regular audits of processes and services to ensure they meet Prenuvo's luxury standards and operational excellence - Oversee clinic budgets, expense tracking, and resource allocation to support a luxury experience while maintaining operational efficiency - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction scores, service delivery times, patient safety, operational costs - Act as a liaison between clinic staff and the broader Prenuvo organization, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships - Respond promptly and effectively to patient feedback or concerns - Prepare and present quarterly or bi-annual business and patient care assessment reports to Regional Operations Executives, offering solutions to enhance clinic operations and the patient experience **Support High Reliability Organization (HRO) Principles** - Proactively address potential issues, understanding that small missteps can have large impacts - Create reliable systems that support staff in decision-making, learning, and adaptability - Maintain heightened situational awareness, identifying and mitigating patient risks - Prepare for both anticipated and unexpected events through predictive management - Foster psychological safety, promoting an open environment for feedback, suggestions, and continuous improvement **What You'll Bring** - Experience: 7+ years in healthcare, with 5+ years in a management role, overseeing both strategic and daily clinic operations - Education: Associate's or Bachelor's in Health Care related field - Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, trends, and regulatory compliance relevant to clinic operations - Leadership: Proven people-management skills, capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates managerial courage, an owner mindset, inspirational leadership, and an inherent aptitude for accountability balanced with empathy - Familiarity with outpatient imaging or radiology - Active MRI Technologist certification preferred - Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field - The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - A passion for building new teams and processes for the benefit of patients, Prenuvo providers, and referring physicians - Proficiency in practice management software, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, electronic medical records (EMR), and other healthcare IT systems - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a rapid-growth environment - High tolerance for ambiguity (prior healthcare start-up experience a plus) - Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare - Experience working in global environments with the ability to provide full-time local supervision, support cross-functional coordination between Melbourne and U.S. teams (Legal, HR-Payroll, Finance, Operations), and uphold a high-quality patient experience and t
