**FULL TIME BALLARAT CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER WANTED**

Simply Helping is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate **_Client Services Officer to join our Scheduling Team_**.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Service Users, coordinating service requests, scheduling Support Workers, maintaining accurate records, and delegating concerns appropriately—all while being sensitive to the needs and vulnerabilities of others.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, looking to build their career in the community care sector with full on the job training provided.

Simply Helping Central Highlands and Djerriwarrh is a Registered NDIS provider offering in-home care and support to individuals with disabilities, the ageing community, and private clients. We assist with daily living tasks, social and recreational activities, and empower individuals to achieve their goals.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:

- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination Booster Status

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, ensuring professional communication.
- Action service requests, rosters, and data entry with confidentiality and compliance.
- Engage proactively with Service Users and Support Workers to ensure positive outcomes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records for payroll, invoicing, and audits.
- Provide updates at weekly staff meetings.
- Monitor and respond to the after-hours support line on a rotating roster.

Your role will require you to report directly ON SITE to our local Simply Helping Central Highlands and Djerriwarrh office in Ballarat East on Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 5.00pm.
