Our client is seeking two proactive Clinical Care Managers to join a professional and highly motivated team of care staff, to demonstrate leadership and oversee the clinical duties of this modern 122-bed Aged Care facility located in Greensborough.

Work alongside a professional and well-established management team in Melbourne's North, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 122-bed modern Aged Care home in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role
- Registered Nursing qualification
