**About the Role**

Australian Workplace Training (AWT) is seeking a dynamic and driven Work Placement Officer & Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining and expanding our network of work placement partners while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.

The key responsibilities for the role include:
**Work Placement Management (primary role)**:

- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing work placement partners.
- Proactively identify and secure new work placement opportunities for AWT students.
- Ensure compliance with work placement requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Provide ongoing support to students during their work placement experience.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients (businesses, organisations, community groups) to promote AWT's training programs.
- Consult with clients to understand their training needs and recommend suitable solutions, including full qualifications, short courses, and skill sets.
- Develop and deliver presentations showcasing AWT's offerings and value proposition.
- Negotiate and finalise training agreements with clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- HubSpot: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
