Eastern Sands Motel, located on the scenic Geelong CBD waterfront, is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Full-Time Motel Manager** to lead its daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to manage a well-established accommodation provider in a prime tourism location.

**About Us**

Eastern Sands City Centre Motel offers 28 comfortable rooms in the heart of Geelong’s CBD. Known for delivering a welcoming, home-like atmosphere and exceptional service, we cater to both leisure and corporate Travellers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all guest-facing operations, including front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and in-room services
- Supervise the upkeep of the property, including gardens, facilities, and building maintenance
- Ensure smooth coordination of any bar, dining, event, or small conference activities onsite
- Monitor compliance with all relevant laws and licensing regulations.
- Regularly review guest feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing service improvements where needed
- Manage daily accounting, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient cost control
- Enforce occupational health and safety standards across all departments
- Assist guests with local tourism insights and help coordinate transport, tours, and experiences as required

**Skills & Experience Required**
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in a motel, hotel, or hospitality management position
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Sound knowledge of hospitality compliance, licensing, and OH&S standards
- Financial management experience including budgeting, purchasing, and reporting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
