The Eastern Sands City Centre Motel offers guests a home away from home with 28 well-appointed rooms, located right in the heart of Geelong's bustling CBD. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

**About the Role**

As the Motel Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the motel, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, staff management, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the motel’s operations, including reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service.
- Lead and train a team of staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold the motel’s reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma-level qualification in hospitality, management, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
