HOW WILL WE KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE
To be considered for this role, you both must have a tertiary qualification and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a creative role within an advertising agency. You will both possess an expert knowledge of Adobe CC and Figma. You have a folio that showcases your skills with examples of your design work that pushes boundaries.
As a team you'll be responsible for maintaining world-class creative skills and standards. You'll be able to work across a large range of clients and workloads, multi-tasking with a high level of creativity in your work. You'll also work collaboratively with others in the business - designers, writers, strategists, data, UX, tech - to bring new thinking and creative solutions to the table.
You'll participate in workshops, creative critiques, team meetings and client presentations.

Capabilities
- 8-10 years design experience across a mix of design disciplines.
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates excellence in both creative thinking and creative execution.
- A passion for creative thinking, with experience in copywriting and design.
- A positive, friendly can-do attitude, you are calm under pressure.
- An eagerness to help and be a team player.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite, G Suite and experience in Figma.
- Motion skills would be a definite bonus, so too would illustration.
- A curiosity for learning skills beyond your field (design/motion/user experience/code/business).
- An ability to work closely with producers to ensure deadlines are met and communicated effectively.
- Solid communication skills. You're able to clearly articulate your creative rationales and decisions.
- An ability to think intuitively and work well within a diverse team.
- A resilient attitude, always ready to pitch in and roll with the punches
