**Position Title**: Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director to take the lead in crafting visually compelling designs and campaigns that align with strategic business objectives in collaboration with the Creative Director. This role requires a creative visionary who can manage projects, mentor designers, and ensure the brand’s identity remains innovative and impactful across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Design visual merchandising themes, packaging, and marketing assets that align with the brand’s identity.
- Create and oversee high-quality digital and print content, including ads, animations, videos, and retail visuals.
- Lead and mentor graphic designers, fostering professional growth and creative excellence.
- Provide clear creative briefs, set expectations, and ensure deliverables meet brand and business standards.
- Partner with external suppliers (e.g., photographers, videographers, printers) to deliver seamless project execution.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.
- Review and approve final designs, providing constructive feedback to ensure top-quality outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, design technologies, and emerging tools to keep creative outputs fresh and relevant.
- Introduce innovative concepts to elevate the brand’s visual storytelling and customer engagement.
- Present creative ideas and design strategies to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ years in graphic design or art direction, with a robust portfolio showcasing digital, print, and campaign work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a creative team, manage suppliers, and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
