**About the Role**

The role can expand to be quite diverse with the opportunity for the right person to assist with: developing examples and improving our customer training resources; suggesting and implementing improvements to support systems and processes; designing/implementing an in-app help system.

You will receive full training in the features of our software and, with the guidance of our software development team, you will leverage that knowledge to solve our customer’s problems. This is your opportunity to get in at the ground level with a growing company and be recognized for adding value.

**About You**

You should have:

- A qualification in IT / Computer Science or a related discipline or relevant experience
- Excellent Microsoft Word skills. Any experience with LibreOffice well regarded
- Experience installing/configuring software or using API’s and JSON/XML data formats
- An eye for detail and a methodical approach to solving problems
- Any software development or general coding experience will be an advantage
- Able to work independently with maximum responsibility and minimum supervision
- Please highlight any prior experience with: Linux/Windows scripting; Java or JavaScript; Jira ServiceDesk or any similar help desk platform; Github, Maven, Docker or AWS/Azure/GCP; using or maintaining WordPress or Joomla CMS.
