**Introduction**:
This role drives sales campaigns, lead generation activities, and social media activities to acquire and retain customers. It involves strategising, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with internal and regional teams. The role also focuses on social media growth, engagement, and advertising effectiveness to enhance brand presence and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, including KPIs and web analytics.
Develop and execute Cover-More and Blue Travel Insurance campaign calendars.
Lead social media strategy to drive community growth, engagement, and advertising.
Monitor brand mentions, manage feedback, and identify PR risks.
Coordinate with content, brand, and PR teams on social publishing and partnerships.
Work with Customer Service to respond to inquiries and improve review website ratings
**What we ask of you**:
Campaign Management - You will plan, execute, and optimise sales, lead generation and engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
Partnerships & CSR - You’ll support strategic partnerships, affiliate programs, and CSR initiatives to enhance brand reach via campaigns and social media.
Social Media - You’ll develop, schedule, and optimise content across key platforms, driving engagement and brand visibility.
Performance & Reporting - You’ll analyse and report on campaign and social media performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Reputation Management - You’ll monitor brand mentions, handle customer inquiries, and manage reputational risks in collaboration with customer service teams.
**What you’ll bring**:
5+ years of experience in campaign marketing and social media management
Proven success in developing and executing campaign calendars and social media strategies
Skilled in analysing data from campaigns and social media, providing clear reporting to stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including customer journey and funnel stages
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their role in achieving business objectives
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy in various brand voices and fundamental knowledge of graphic design.
