So, what’s the job?
You’ll own digital marketing campaigns and social media management for Cover-More direct channels.
**Digital Marketing Responsibilities**:
You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, executing, and analysing direct campaign activities with a focus on acquiring and retaining customers
You’ll work with regional teams to ensure programmatic activities are defined, produced, and delivered in line with all associated internal and external deadlines
You’ll deliver regular reports on campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPI’s
You’ll manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
**Social Media Management Responsibilities**:
You’ll own and drive our overall social media strategy encompassing social community growth, engagement & advertising effectiveness on both existing and emerging platforms
You’ll develop and manage a social media monitoring program to identify brand mentions and coordinate handling of both negative and positive feedback, facilitation of customer service management and identification of potential PR risks and opportunities
You’ll coordinate campaigns and manage all social advertising programs in conjunction with digital advertising team
You’ll work in conjunction with our content, brand & PR teams to manage a social publishing calendar as we ramp up our editorial, sponsorship and partnership programs
And what are we looking for?
You’ll have extensive experience in lead gen and engagement campaigns and social media marketing
You’ll have a proven track record of developing and delivering a calendar of campaigns and social media strategies
You’ll have a strong understanding of community-based programs.
You’ll have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals - from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics.
You’ll have a strong understanding of social media fundamentals - understanding the role of each social media platform and how to utilise it to achieve business objectives.
You’ll be a passionate traveller yourself, and you’ll be empathic towards traveller wants and needs in relation to travel insurance and medical assistance support.
