We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-driven person to join our Client Services team. Day to day, you will work across our Reception and Wealth Management teams, ensuring that team workflow is managed efficiently. This is a great opportunity to enhance your administrative skillset whilst also supporting our Advisers

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Giving strong focus to answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Managing all aspects of reception on Friday and providing relief support throughout the week
- Providing for the hospitality requirements of staff and clients
- Booking appointments, document management and data entry
- Deliver quality service and outputs to clients in both written and verbal form
