**Your role will include**:

- Responsible for the IT Operations team and the delivery and implementation of IT Services.
- Engage both internal and external stakeholders to provide services based on business requirements.
- Disaster recovery management.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
- IT asset lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners, vendors, and manufacturers.

**Your experience will include**:

- Demonstrated experience in an Operations or Technology leadership position leading support teams.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning, design, development, and implementation of major IT projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple staff and an external service delivery partner.
- Recognised IT Professional certifications, e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Microsoft, Cisco (Meraki, Umbrella), VMware, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft technology stack: Azure, AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Office 365 would be advantageous.
