**Your Role**

As a non-contact Educational Leader, you will guide pedagogy, inspire your team, and lead the creation of meaningful learning experiences. You will:

- Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
- Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
- Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
- Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement

- A full-time Relationship Manager supporting enrolments and family engagement

- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification), or working towards it
