We specialize in training and assessment for the Construction, Mining & Resources, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Electrical sectors.

**About the role**
These roles will join the Verbrec Industry Training team reporting directly to the Training / Operations Manager in Perth. You will be responsible for delivering and developing quality training to customers in accordance with all relevant company policies and under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.

Due to a continuous increase in demand for our high-quality training, we are currently seeking multiple suitably qualified and experienced High Risk Work License Trainers & Assessors who are capable of delivering any of the following:

- High Risk Licensed Courses such as:

- Forklift
- EWP / HP
- Dogging
- Rigging
- Scaffolding
- Cranes
- Certificate III in Scaffolding
- Certificate III in Civil Construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training and Assessment - Delivering nationally recognized qualifications;
- Provide ongoing support to clients and leaners;
- Participate in industry engagement and networking activities;
- Influence and contribute to the development of training programs and course materials.

**About you**

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Hold TAE40122, TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 (including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 or equivalent; OR hold Diploma TAE;
- Experience and industry currency in related roles / trades;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
- Experience in supporting learners with LLN challenges;
- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision;
- Willingness and ability to travel as required; a C Class vehicle license.
