We seek a suitably qualified Trainer and Assessor with appropriate industry experience and competency in the Mining or Civil Construction field to oversee the delivery of qualifications

**Requirements**:

- A certificate IV in TAE40116 or higher
- Experience in Operations of Front End Loaders, Backhoe Loaders and Excavators

Desirable:

- At least 3 years’ experience as a Trainer and Assessor
- Holding RIIMPO319E or equivalent

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and maintaining competency assessments based on requirements
- Conduct training and equipment pass out in a timely manner for new employees.
- Develop and maintain training packages.
- Deliver training courses to meet business needs
- Review system processes where deficiencies are identified through audits.
- Liaise efficiently with our Client to establish and build client relations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 0-38 per week

**Salary**: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
