**About the Role**

Are you passionate about shaping the experiences that improve the CFA's ability to attract, recognise and retain volunteers? Join our team as a Volunteer Programs Leader for Recognition and Retention.

The work of the Volunteer Sustainability team contributes significantly to the sustainability of a strong, diverse and vibrant CFA volunteer membership. The team has responsibility for the design and development of sustainable volunteerism models and frameworks that reflect contemporary practice, build capacity and capability and recognise the contribution of CFA volunteers. The team also has responsibility for successful delivery of State Championship events.

Your exceptional written skills further enhance your ability to shape innovative strategies and communicate a clear vision.
