A Firewize Sales professional helps building owners understand and determine the routine servicing requirements for their building, defining the scope of work, developing proposals and securing orders for ongoing maintenance
Introduction
As a results-driven sales professional with Firewize you will be working with our team in a designated area to expand our customer base for the routine servicing of fire and essential safety measures in commercial buildings.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, increased customer acquisition and bottom line profitability.
- Job Details
There are statutory (legal) obligations for building owners to maintain the fire and essential safety measures in buildings. Firewize helps building owners fulfil these obligations through the reliable and competent delivery of routine servicing (maintenance) of fire protection systems and equipment in accordance with the conditions of occupation listed on an Occupancy Permit for a building or a Maintenance Schedule.
In your role as a sales professional you will be an integral part of our "sales process engineering" team, helping building owners understand and determine the routine servicing requirements for their building, defining the scope of work, developing proposals and negotiating orders for ongoing maintenance.
- Skills & Experience
- Proven work experience as a sales professional
- Familiarity with Sales Process Engineering ("SPE"), Business Relationship Management ("BRM") and Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships;
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Duties
At Firewize, a sales professional fulfils their duties by successfully completing the each of the following;
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Assist in resolving customer feedback or complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Contribute to team results by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Work Location
Our office is based in Notting Hill however there will be travel around the Melbourne metropolitan area meeting with our customers on site and in their place of work.
We support workplace flexibility so that working from home from time to time is an option as well as working in the office — We are more interested in bottom line results rather than looking over your shoulder.
