**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a number of dedicated and passionate Lead Educator's to join our team in a casual capacity to work in a **variety of our centres across the Western region**. As part of our casual pool you could be required to work in any of our Centres located in the Ipswich Region including Springfield, Redbank Plains & Rosewood. If you are passionate about early childhood education, providing quality outcomes for children and working with a team of professionals that share your enthusiasm and commitment, we want to hear from you
- Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- $35-$42 per hour + super

**Position requirements**:
The successful applicant must be passionate, reliable, flexible, have attention to detail and be able to meet the following criteria;
- Lead Educators - Diploma in Children's services or studying towards and hold a Certificate III
- All staff must hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training and a current Blue Card
- Be available within our Centres opening times and for last minute shifts

**Your day-to-day**:

- Each day you will contribute to the care and education of children, through supervision and engagement
- Children’s health and safety will always be your first priority
- You will sing, laugh, play and get messy while you are at work
- Then we clean up, there are nappies to do, mopping and cleaning as part of our general hygiene practices
- We will cover the costs of your study if you would like to upskill in your career
