**Our Centre**

**Winston Glades Early Education Centre **is located in Flinders View, a suburb in Ipswich near Winston Glades Shopping Complex. The centre has been rated as an **Exceeding** Centre by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority. We are passionate about teaching sustainability, instilling the knowledge and values that help support sustainable environments and offer a great variety of programs such as bush and farm kindy, PMP and music programs.

**Our Company**

Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector. Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. We even have our own dietician We value our team and offer the latest professional development opportunities as well as hosting our own conference with key note speakers.

**The Opportunity**:

- Lead Educator
- Monday - Friday 5 days per week
- Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- $28-$33 per hour + super

**Your day-to-day**:

- Lead your team to create and deliver and educational program that supports children’s learning and development
- Children’s health and safety will always be your first priority
- You will sing, laugh, play, and inspire learning
- Build relationships with your families and your team of educators
- We will cover the costs of your study if you would like to upskill in your career

**We would love you to have**:

- A sense of humour, great work ethics and a reliable nature
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or be studying towards one - we can help you with that as above
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
