Medical Imaging Debt Collections Officer

Permanent Full Time (Monday-Friday 38 hours per week)

Hawthorn East location (and hybrid WFH)

Salary $69,106 + super

How you will make an impact

Your day will look a little like this:
- Following up patients, health funds and third parties for payment- Management of patient enquiries- Liaising efficiently with internal and external stakeholder queries

About you

We are looking for a self-motivated person who takes pride and ownership in their work and will also have the following:
- Previous experience in medical imaging or accounts receivable/ debt management is preferable- Exposure to Medicare, Health Funds, TAC, WorkCover and DVA would be an advantage- Relevant account collection experience- Accounts receivable experience in a healthcare setting- Proficient with Visage, MS Office and WebPAS- Exceptional communication skills
