As a Machine Operator based at our campus in Silverwater, you will specialise in the assembly and production of audio technology. You will be able to operate and carry out the daily manufacturing duties as a Machine Operator in a professional and diligent manner to meet production output and quality standards.
This is a full time role from 6:00am - 2:06pm.
**Requirements for the position**:

- Operate production machine (gluing machine)
- Troubleshoot errors that occur, escalating issues where required to your direct Manager
- Work towards individual and team KPI’s
- Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times
- Understand the importance of quality checks and carry these out as required
- Monitor product standards, identify and escalate any issues
- Exposure to product change over's and shut down procedures
- Manual handling when required (can be repetitive and heavy)
- Undertake housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities
- Working on the assembly line using hand tools

**Skills required**:

- Proven experience following strong process procedures and controls
- Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions to production issues
- An individual who thrives in a fast paced and deadline conscious environment
- A team player who is respectful of others, upholds company values and be open to training and learning new things.
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in production line operations is preferred but not essential
