Machine operator positions in western Sydney day and afternoon shift available temp to perm opportunity

They are hiring multiple Machine Operators, for their manufacturing plant based in Western Sydney. There is Day shift and Afternoon shift opportunities available.

**Your new role**
In your new as a Machine Operator you will be required to operate and maintain high speed machinery, stopping bottle necks and jams and working with the maintenance team to insure optimal production speeds.

You will be responsible for:
Performing a multitask role of production processes, product filling and final product packaging.
- Operating in a team environment where the primary objective is to achieve daily production schedules in different production lines.
- Adhering to operating standards with SOP, GMP and HACCP guidelines and compliance. This will be achieved through on the job training adherence to approved QA procedures and Operator Instructions.
- You will work closely with the Production Manager to successfully follow procedures.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have a manufacturing background in Food or similar FMCG industry
- A current Forklift Licence - Desirable
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong communication, literacy, and numerical skills
- Previous experience working on a production line
- Ability to work OT when required
