As a Machine Operator based at our campus in Silverwater, you will specialise in the assembly and production of audio technology. You will be able to operate and carry out the daily manufacturing duties as a Machine Operator in a professional and diligent manner to meet production output and quality standards.
This is a full time role from 6:00am - 2:06pm.

**Requirements for the position**:

- Able to operate diaphragm and laser cutting machine
- Setup diaphragm machine in order to start production each day
- Assemble and test tensioned top rings according to specification
- Check quality of output to identify machine related issues
- Assist in assembly line as needed
- Understanding of production processes
- Working knowledge on basic machine operations and maintenance

**Skills required**:

- Proven experience following strong process procedures and controls
- Proven experience as a machine operator and using precision tools
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- An individual who thrives in a fast paced and deadline conscious environment
- A team player who is respectful of others, upholds company values and be open to training and learning new things.
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in production line operations is preferred but not essential
